This is very disheartening to me especially. The University of Florida is my alma matter. I spent 4 wonderful years there and never saw anything remotely close to this type of treatment from campus police. While the students questions were aggressive (rightfuly so), his approach wasn't any more aggressive than your standard fare Sunday morning televised crossfire. This treatment is unamerican and yet sadly becoming more and more american. I weep for our civil liberties.

Isn't it telling that he only gets stopped after the question regarding the secret society of Yale. Clearly he was mad about losing the election to the Republican side and now when dealing with his old canidate he wanted to know why he didn't do anything more. This guy is a moveon.org man. He is a shock jock. He is a supporter of the Democratic party. And Kerry who built a carrer on protest did not stand up for this guy getting ruffed up by the cops. Give me a break. Kerry should have done something.
This too made my blood boil. I am quite stunned they actually did that... it is the sort of thing that would occur in soviet Russia or Nazi Germany. And for John Kerry to ignore it... shame on him. Shame on them all.
"Tazer happy" comes to mind. Disgusting that the police resorted to this method. I agree that the man had his say and maybe his speach time was up. However I'm sure those 3 officer's were more than capable of removing him from the room without the use of a device that quite frankly should only be used when officer's are under serious threat!
