Where's the referral links gone?

I've removed them for now simply because of the influx of spam, yes that's why some skins have also been removed, as it's tied into the skins.

I've implemented a new way of dealing with the spammers hopefully - it may have some weird side effects so do let me know if something breaks, things like trackbacks and pingbacks. If the amount of spam drops off I'll add the referral and stats pages back as they are really cool.

Members can still check stats in the stats page in the backend.
