Looks awesome, insofar. Stellar use of FP32 precision HDR lighting (and the volumetric sun) and pixel shaded real-time water reflections and refractions. The models look nice as well.

I played MS Flight Simulator 95 (I think?). It came on 5 or 6 floppies. It gave me joy for a while.
This new one looks cool. But I'm not much of a 'sim' person. Where are the missiles!!!!

Fire ze missiles! I still own Flight Sim '95 but I got it on a CD...I think. I think you should try out battlefield 2's Attack chooper if you want a flight sim with missles and people typing racial slurs at you while they TK you and then crash into a mountain at 800mph.

This game has excellent graphics; I especially like the last snapshot and the way in which the graphic designers accurately modeled the reflection of light off the plane's surface; the stunning realism of today's computer games even in the slightest details never ceases to impress me.
